New month: getting rid of all the laziness… November 3, 2005

There was this one TV show that said if I drink a cup of coffee or cafe au lait and take a nap(which is one of my bad habits), I'll wake up in about 30minutes. So, I did that and was asleep for 2hours!!! Thought I might not make it to the pool in time and was freaked out but I guess I didn't really have to freak out…actually, I got there 10min early.
The swim: I'm guessing I swam a little more than 1000m? I always forget to keep track on Wednesdays but it's a good thing…I'm focused on form;-) Today's swim felt really easy though, it didn't really feel like I swam. Maybe I should try going faster next time. My fastest 100m today was 1min50sec. Is it the difference of pools? I feel faster unlike when I swim in the closer pool.
I also had a 20km MTB ride so that's 100yen in my piggy bank:-) Both of my bikes aren't shifting gears right…Now I really wanna learn how to set it but it'll be after the half marathon. Patience, patience, patience…
Tomorrow: I'll go for a run, maybe at the half marathon course but it's about 20km away and I'm going with my bike so will I last? I don't know. Might just run at the hill that's 5km away. No swim but I'll study after everything.
