Can I cover it up? November 4, 2005

So, I didn't go to the half marathon course and also didn't go to the hill nearby either. What did I do? I ran 10km on my usual course and had some fun with my yoga ball afterwards. I just had to try this one workout that I read on one of the magazines. By the way, it's good for biking…Shouldn't I get focused on running soon? hehe…I also studied for 2hours, mainly classic literature and it's so irritating…It's a different language!!!

The run: It was a fairly easy run for the first 5km but after that, I was pretty much beaten by the heat. It was something like 27C when I ran. The temperature was lowering down for the past 2weeks but it's rising again…Does this mean it's almost summer? I wish…1st 10:53, 2nd 11:19, 3rd 11:29, 4th 11:36, total of 45:17.87. I wasn't tired after it, weird things.

Fun with the yoga ball: I did a few weird exercises that were introduced in a magazine called, "Tarzan". I'm thinking of doing it 3times a week or so. But then I wanna do these other stretches…I guess I'll stretch after the exercises. Why am I so interested in stretches…I'm far away from being flexible, that's why. I quite often hear that the lack of flexibility leads one to injury and I'm worried. Oh yeah, I don't believe in those, "3min a day and you'll be flexible in no time" kinda stuff. Life isn't that easy is it? If it is, what's the fun of it? So that's why I'm gonna be doing exercises and stretches more often.

Tomorrow: I have a plan. After I come back from school, I'll either do the exercises and stretches or have a run for the first hour. Then, I'll study some Math, I think I'll take it to the swimming pool and study while I'm waiting too.
