Posted by clayton in : workout , add a commentSo, it's my 5th time jumping into the swimming pool with the "big" guys. Or, once with the big guys and four with the little big guys. I'm finally getting the feeling that I could chase after them, especially with the kick drills. I didn't have a run because, well, I was lazy plus I didn't know where in the freakin world my timex was…didn't have enough time for a bike ride so I slept.
The swim: I'm taking a guess…Swam about 2900m, one thing I know is that I didn't swim any less than that. And the training menu was something like this, 400m w-up, 100m*4 freestyle(2min15sec cycle), 100*4 individual medley(2min30sec cycle), 100m*4 anything but freestyle(2min30sec cycle) 50*8 freestyle kick(1min15sec), 50*8 breast stroke kick(1min15sec), 25*10 freestyle form(45sec), 25*10 breast stroke form(45sec). Guess what? I was already dead by the time we got to the individual medley although, I'm catching up with freestyle kick drills;-) I'm gonna swim tomorrow and then I get the whole weekend for biking and running!!!
Tomorrow: I'll go for a bike ride tomorrow, if I don't have enough time, just switch to a 10km run and work things out. 915.95km left for biking, the deadline is January 9th, my birthday!!! I hope I get some presents, hehe.
