Swim: Get back in the pool more often, I've been slacking out for a pretty damn long time, making up all the "good" reasons why I shouldn't go.
Bike: 500km, I'll do that. Still LSD and I think speed training will start in February.
Run: 40km per week?? Dunno but if I don't write something down, I know I'm not gonna run…
Here's how much training I did for December, 2005.
Swim: I did a total of 20950m and I was a real lazy guy, didn't go to the closer swimming pool for the past 3weeks, not even once.
Bike: 665.8km. That's pretty good, I think. The long rides aren't that tough anymore and I don't really have any bad things to say…
Run: Now, unlike the bike, it was a horrible run month. Believe it or not, I only ran 12.5km…aaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!! Gotta get someone to bonk my head.
Today, I had a 33.5km ride to the bike store, bought a new tire and went for a swim with my mtb, 19.5km. The swim, I swam about 2200m and I feel pretty good and sleepy. Oh yeah, my music system…
The music thingy: I bought a 2inch stick speaker and made some stuff to stick it on my bike so that I wouldn't get bored of riding. Also made a little space for my new mp3 player because that's like the brain of the whole thing. By the way, it worked pretty well, although some people were looking at me…
Tomorrow: I think I'll have another long ride and then a run, after that, a swim. The long ride will be something like 60km min, 100km max. That's if it doesn't rain…gotta test my new tires too.
