Hmmm, not much… March 1, 2006
Posted by clayton in : workout , add a commentIt was supposed to be speedy Tuesday at the swimming pool and yes, it was but it just wasn't enough.
The swim: Warm up for 30min and then 50m*2 15min cycle. Didn't really feel up to stretching much and I started stretching only 2min before the sprint, hehe. The coach told us to make a new PR but I didn't really care, plus I have a excuse…I ran a marathon on Sunday and I'm happy;-) My legs are just as usual, no more after marathon pains. But I didn't really wanna disappoint the coach either so just swam at a descent time. Total of maybe 600m or so.
Tomorrow: Get off school early, yay!!! but the forecast predicts showers…Thought about going outside for a ride, I really wanna go outside after seeing a roadie ride last night. I guess I'll see how things workout. Then a 10km run to the swimming pool, swim and run back.
