30min trainer ride: 6min warm up, 1min*3(right, left, both legs), short intervals 2min hard+1min easy*3 and then another 6min to cool down. Max hr was 186bpm and avg was 160bpm, still don't know if that's good or bad… But it was obviously easier than what I usually do on Sundays. Oh yeah, thanks for the advice, Libor;-)
Friday killer swim?: Again…the swimming pool is closed for the public but opened for the swimmers. I guess I'm with the bigger ones from yesterday. 400m warm up, 200m*10(4:00), 50m*19 kick with fins(1:00, I was supposed to go 24 but those swimmers are just way too fast so the coach told me to take some breaks), 50m*10 pull sprint with pads(1:30), 100m*10 fast swim but the last one was all out(2:00), 25m*10 sprints(1:00), 100m cool down. Total of 5200m, I was pretty much dead from the warm up, I guess yesterday's swim really killed me.
So what's this month gonna be like…
Swim: Thinking a total of 50000m and that's all. Start swimming with the faster guys.
Bike: No distances. I'll go with trainer rides 4 or 5days a week and maybe Sunday long rides. Use the hrm indoor.
Run: Something like 3days a week. 6km on Monday, 20km on Wednesday and 10km+on Saturday. Maybe run on Sunday too.
Reviews on February, 2006.
Swim: I swam a total of 50250m in 31hrs10min. Boy, that's a lot of time spent swimming…
Bike: Disappointed… total of 87km, 5hrs19min. I actually ran more than I biked. But, things are looking better this month so I guess I'll just hang in there.
Run: Far from my 150km goal… 88km, 8:41'36 but hey, I ran a marathon!!! So things are looking okay. Now that I've got the weekly 20km run that I'll have to push through or else I can't swim, hehe.
Tomorrow: Morning swim, with a 3km warm up run. Maybe a ride on the trainer or to the lbs and then a run. Swim in the afternoon again. Gotta order my wetsuits and triathlon wear and…the list goes on.
