And I know this because I ran/swam horribly and was okay on the bike. 35km ride, 10km*2runs and a swim.

The ride: I tried to put my focus on loosening up my legs and shoulders because I tend to put too much strength in it and end up getting tired during the ride. Welcome to the real world, I was doing well for the first half but didn't last a second on the uphills for the last half. Can I blame it on the gray clouds? Excuses again, hehe. It did make me hurry a bit though. 1st 16.5km- 32'13, avg cadence 82rpm, avg speed 30.9kph. 2nd 16.5km- 35'58, avg cadence 79rpm, avg speed 27.7kph. I was a little disappointed with the drop in my cadence because I did shift down a bit, especially on the hills. Atleast I know what I need…I need endurance to keep the speed. I could stay at 35kph on the flats for the first half but it drops down to 28kph on the way back. Gotta figure out how to get that endurance.

The 1st 10km- To the swimming pool and boy, was I tired. It felt weird running with the hrm because of the transmitter thingy. Never ran with anything wrapped around my chest. It took me 59'31 and I was tired, thirsty, tired and thirsty…. Max hr was 180bpm and avg was 168bpm. Guess what? I ran 0.11km, hehe, still can't figure out how the footpod works. Why is it showing these unbelievably short distances. Does that mean I gotta run more? Run a full marathon and finally hit 0.5km, hehe, that's gotta feel like hel*.

The swim: Drank one can of sports drink and two cups of water and was still thirsty…Well, swimming in the pool is like all you can drink, just drink the sick water if you're thirsty. And ofcourse I never do that, atleast I don't intend to, it just happens sometimes. 200m warm up, 200m forming and the intervals. 200m*5(3easy, 4min cycle, 2hard, 3m50s cycle), 100m*9(5easy, 2min, 4hard 1m55sec) The last 4 was supposed to be a 1:50cycle but I just couldn't hold it, well, I was able to get in on time but REALLY needed the rest. Haven't been swimming well lately, other than yesterday's new PR, I actually had a headache…

The 2nd 10km- I felt dead and was like "10km again?" felt like crying, hehe. I didn't wear the transmitter this time, still not used to it yet. It took me 1:01'15. It was raining and stuff throughout the run, during the first run, it was pretty bad… No pain in the legs but a lot of tiredness. Oh yeah, I've gotta thank Libor, you're comment came to mind when I felt like stopping, "Don't think about it, just do it." So I changed my focus to the mp3 player and didn't really look at the watch, thanks;-)

Tomorrow: I'll ride on the indoor trainer and run a bit if it's looking good outside. Then comes the, "Thursday killer swim." yikes!! but since there are some new people, I'm not expecting it to be too deadly because if it is, the new ones are literally gonna die, hehe.
