Holy cramp!!! I actually felt like puking… March 18, 2006

First day with the fast guys…Good thing school lasted longer than usual because if I had that trainer ride, I really might have made a disaster. My class got 2nd place in the school chorus competition, sounds nice but we started practicing like 2days ago, hehe.
The swim: 200m warm up, 25m*8(0:35) 2sets freestyle, 2sets of 25m*16(0:30)+50m*10(1:00), 50m*23kick(1:05, this was supposed to be 30 but I was told to take breaks after 3laps) and then the killer 50m*20(1:15) and our lap times had to be better than best average+3sec, I obviously couldn't make it, 100m cool down. Total of 4650m. During the last 50m*20, I was hanging in there for a while but with 4laps left, I got a cramp in the right leg, pushed through and felt like puking with 2laps left. We checked our hr after every 4laps and it went like this, 29, 31, 32, 32, 32. So my avghr was 187bpm…
Tomorrow: 3km run+morning swim, trainer ride, run, afternoon swim. Wonder if my body will last…
