Goals for September, 2007 August 30, 2007
Posted by clayton in : workout , 2 commentsOkay, my legs aren’t fully recovered from the injury I’ve had in January. It’s quite simple; get back to the light weights and I’ll be fine in a week. So, here’s how my September will go…
-eat only fruits in the morning
-jog atleast three times a week, atleast 30minutes per workout
-find a descent swimming pool and bike course
-do stretches/light weights everyday
